Involved in Establishment and Development of Precision Equipment Division
Only division in Godrej producing non-standard, client/consultant designed product. Unique in nature with low volumes.
Manufacturing of wide range of critical equipments like trays, pressure vessels, columns, reactors and heat exchangers for refineries, petrochemical, fertilizers, and chemical processing plants.
Worked with international consultants like UOP, UDHE, Power Gas, H&G etc.
Processing of different metallurgies stainless steel various grades, copper-nickel, titanium and aluminum alloy, low and high alloy steels.
Contract management includes-
Estimation, preparation of techno commercial offers, negotiation with clients, order booking and payment collections.
Settlement of free issue material accounts, penalty waivers and extra claims with clients
Logistic of heavy consignments by barge and road movements.
